Gunay Guliyeva, Head of the Economic Analysis Division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in a seminar titled "Smart Government and Informatization for One Belt, One Road Partner Countries". The event, organized in China by the Chinese government, aimed to enhance cooperation between developing countries and China across various fields.

During the seminar, Gunay Guliyeva explored the "Smart Government" models implemented in the People's Republic of China and visited its leading smart cities. She also had the opportunity to engage with the activities of renowned transnational corporations such as JD.com, HIK Vision, GFMOTO, and HOLYSIS.
