The presentation of the book "Turkic States Economy," prepared by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Obid Hakimov, Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Director of the Center for Economic Research and Reforms, announced the event, which was organized in a hybrid format. He stated that the book is an important contribution to the think tanks of the Turkic world, providing valuable analyses for researchers, politicians, and entrepreneurs to understand the dynamics of economic processes.

Prof. Dr. Vusal Gasimli, Executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), emphasized the significance of joint cooperation with the Center for Economic Research and Reforms of Uzbekistan in enhancing economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, following the initiatives of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev. He described the book "Economy of Turkic States" as a roadmap for cooperation, highlighting the importance of exploring new paths for economic integration in the region. Dr. Gasimli also noted that more than 35 well-known scientists from seven Turkic states specializing in economic research contributed to the preparation of the book, examining the role of each independent state within the Turkic world.

Vusala Jafarova, the head of the Turkic World Research Center (TWRC) of CAERC, discussed the modern economic models studied in the book, including the application of methodologies such as the "Gravity Model" and "Graph Theory." She also addressed economic integration among Turkic states and provided recommendations for increasing trade turnover. In particular, Jafarova highlighted the importance of the Zangezur corridor for the Turkic world and its impact on multifaceted trade. She mentioned the quarterly publication "Turkish Economic Review," prepared by TWRC, which presents trends in the economies of Turkic states, as well as projects related to the "Turkic World 2040 Vision."

The event also featured discussions on ways to accelerate economic integration and the development of trade relations among OTS countries.
