An article by Ayaz Museyibov, advisor to the executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, was published in the internet newspaper www.dailysabah.com. The article, entitled "Azerbaijan and Turkey: Leading through Unity in Global Crises," comments on President Ilham Aliyev's business trip to Turkiye on June 10 and his meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Ankara.

In the article, the meeting of the leaders is evaluated as an important event against the backdrop of global crises, and it is emphasized that the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkiye has a positive effect on resolving the world's current conflicts. It is reported that Turkiye has been recognized as a major regional and international actor in Eurasia over the last 20 years. Azerbaijan has emerged as a new regional power in recent years, especially after restoring its territorial integrity. The article highlights the importance of the Ankara meeting between the Presidents in terms of increasing cooperation in energy, transport, trade, economy, and other broad-spectrum areas, particularly in expanding economic corridors.

Ayaz Museyibov noted that the friendship and strategic alliance between Azerbaijan and Turkiye is of great importance for regional stability and development. Important results have been achieved through the cooperation of the two countries, with coordinated efforts and mutual support in regional and global organizations. The article provides an analytical perspective on joint megaprojects such as the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), the goal of reaching a trade turnover of 15 billion USD, and other cooperation projects.
