With the organization of the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the head of the "Azexport" portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, held a meeting at the "Nakhchivan Business Center" to share knowledge about electronic commerce with entrepreneurs in Nakhchivan. About 30 entrepreneurs from the autonomous republic participated in the event.

Aykhan Gadashov, head of the "Azexport" portal, stated that expanding export opportunities is one of the main directions of the economic policy implemented in our country. In recent years, comprehensive measures have been taken in accordance with relevant state programs related to regional development. The creation of special economic zones, the simplification of regulation and administrative procedures, the improvement of the business and investment environment, and efforts toward the establishment of industrial towns and business incubators are of special importance in expanding production and increasing export opportunities in our country. The Azexport.az portal, which aims to expand export opportunities in Azerbaijan, is taking significant steps to facilitate the delivery of export-oriented products from regional entrepreneurs to foreign partners, thereby increasing the country's export potential.

Aykhan Gadashov informed the entrepreneurs about the portal's capabilities and invited them to cooperate. He discussed the functionality of the portal, the working principle of a single database on Azerbaijani producers, and the additional opportunities it offers to exporters. He provided extensive information on national and international payment systems, transport and logistics services, real-time translation services, and the international exchange of Azerbaijani products integrated into Azexport.az. He also explained how products can be placed on trading platforms. Following this, discussions were held with the entrepreneurs in this context.
