The "Azexport" portal and the "Digital Trade Hub" (DTH), operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, were presented at the Information Communication Technologies Security Conference (IT-Security Conference) held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Aykhan Gadashov, the head of the "Azexport" portal, participated in the event online, which was organized in a hybrid format, and delivered a presentation. He discussed the efforts made to enhance the export opportunities of products under the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand through international e-commerce platforms via the Azexport portal, emphasizing the significance of collaboration with international e-commerce platforms in this regard. He also provided information about the technologies utilized for data protection during digital trade operations.
A. Gadashov introduced the capabilities of the Digital Trade Hub to the participants, informing them about the initiatives undertaken to enhance Azerbaijan's reputation in global digital trade and the opportunities provided for non-residents in Azerbaijan. He highlighted the construction of the Digital Trade Hub on "X-Road," which meets modern security requirements.
The participants of the event expressed high appreciation for the portal's contribution to expanding the export opportunities of Azerbaijani products by leveraging the potential of international e-commerce platforms. A preliminary agreement was reached on organizing bilateral meetings to integrate services provided by the Digital Trade Hub and exchange experiences.
