IITKM's Reforms Review is devoted to the activities of think tanks
"Reforms Review" of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms is dedicated to the topic "Think-centers: Trends, challenges and perspectives". The review provided information on the role of think tanks in international experience, science management, and strategic management. Communication directions and practices are also included.
The "Reforms Review" stated that the role of think tanks on a global scale is becoming increasingly stronger against the background of the information and technological revolution, as well as the increasing complexity of policy problems. Activities of think tanks operating in Azerbaijan in five main directions play an important role in data-based strategic management. These directions include conducting various types of surveys and their analysis, big data created by e-government and analyzes based on it, social media monitoring and research, technical scientific research, as well as analysis of data generated in connection with monitoring and evaluation of social and economic reforms.
The review noted that there are currently more than 5,500 think tanks in the world, and many of these centers are still conducting research to establish standards for establishing effective communication, increasing influence, and measuring results.
